Parent Guidelines

Parent-Teacher Interactions:

At our school, we believe in fostering strong partnerships between parents and teachers to support the holistic development of our students. To facilitate this collaboration, we organize regular parent-teacher meetings, providing parents with opportunities to engage directly with their children's educators. These meetings serve as valuable platforms for reviewing students' academic progress, identifying areas for improvement, and addressing any concerns or queries parents may have. We consider open communication between parents and teachers as essential for nurturing the success and well-being of our students.
Throughout the academic year, we host three parent-teacher interaction sessions, allowing parents to meet with subject teachers and gain insights into their child's progress in specific areas. Additionally, parents are encouraged to schedule meetings with subject coordinators and the principal as needed, by providing advance notice via email. We advocate for frequent parent-teacher interactions to ensure continuous feedback and support for students. By staying actively involved in their child's educational journey, parents can play an integral role in addressing challenges and fostering academic growth.
Counselling and Career Counselling:
At our school, we prioritize the mental and emotional wellness of our students through comprehensive counselling services. Our team of qualified counsellors is dedicated to supporting students' emotional resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills. Through class discussions and workshops on topics such as stress management, digital well-being, and interpersonal relationships, we aim to empower students to navigate life's challenges effectively.
Individual and group counselling sessions are available to all students, focusing on areas such as adjustment, self-esteem building, and conflict resolution. We collaborate closely with parents to address students' counselling needs and create a supportive environment for their emotional growth.
Career counselling is an integral component of our high school program, aimed at helping students explore their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. We partner with reputable organizations to administer aptitude tests and organize Career Day events, providing students with exposure to various career options and insights from industry professionals.
Furthermore, we are committed to promoting gender sensitization and inclusivity through targeted workshops and initiatives. Expert-led sessions for parents and students offer valuable guidance on effective communication, parenting strategies, and navigating societal challenges. Regular teacher workshops also play a vital role in enhancing sensitivity and awareness, with counsellors actively contributing as members of the school's Child Protection Committee.
